1. Who We Are

PrepMe.pk is a Pakistani digital assessment platform that provides psychological and occupational testing tools for individuals preparing for ISSB, CSS, PMS, and corporate hiring processes, as well as for organizations conducting candidate evaluations.

2. Your Account

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Please make sure all the information you give us is accurate and up to date. You may only hold one account. If we find duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close them.

3. Using the Platform

You may use PrepMe.pk only for its intended purpose — assessment and preparation. You agree not to:

• Share, copy, or distribute any test content or reports without our written permission;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our assessment instruments or scoring methods;
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content from the platform;
• Impersonate another person or provide false information during any assessment;
• Use the platform in any way that is unlawful or harmful to others.

5. Payments and Refunds

Fees are charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are displayed clearly before purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways — we do not store your full card details.
Refunds may be requested within five (5) business days of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed or used any assessment or report. Once an assessment is started or a report is downloaded, no refund will be issued. If a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing a paid service, we will extend your access or offer an account credit.

6. Our Content and Intellectual Property

All assessment instruments, reports, content, and materials on PrepMe.pk belong to us. You are welcome to use them for the purpose you paid for, but you may not reproduce, sell, or use our content to build competing products or train AI systems.

7. Our Liability

We work hard to keep PrepMe.pk accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our platform is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect losses — such as lost job opportunities or exam outcomes — arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you will not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months before any issue arose. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Pakistani law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will notify you by email or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use PrepMe.pk after that point means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be referred to binding arbitration in Islamabad. Your statutory consumer rights under Pakistani law are not affected by anything in these terms.
