Fairness
We believe in transparency and fairness. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Initial DOS Assessment (PKR 5,000)
- Once the assessment has been started or accessed, the fee is non-refundable.
- If a user has paid but has not started the assessment, a refund request can be made within 24 hours of payment.
2. Assessment + Guidance Session (PKR 8,000)
- If the assessment has been started, no refund will be issued.
- If the assessment has not been started and no session has been conducted, a refund request can be made within 24 hours of payment.
- If the assessment is completed but the session has not yet been conducted, only the session fee portion may be considered for a partial refund, at management’s discretion.
3. 3-Month Guided Development Program (PKR 25,000)
- This is a discounted bundle program and is non-refundable once the program has started.
- If the user has paid but has not started any assessments or sessions, a refund request can be made within 24 hours of payment.
- No refunds will be issued once any assessment attempt or session has been used.
4. General Conditions
- All refund requests must be made in writing (email or support form).
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Transaction or payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- DOS / PREP-ME management reserves the right to make the final decision on any refund request.
